If I can persuade ANYONE to stay at this hotel, I hope this will convince you. I cannot express how great our stay was the staff was 100/10 from the recommendations to the 5 minute walk to all the shops and restaurants it was just amazing. Compared to the other hotels nearby located in the shops this is far by one of the better location wise. The staff was extremely helpful to offering what we can do but not being pushy either. On our journey back they recommended a way to get back that brought our fee from over 170€ to 30€. They weren’t out to scam you or take advantage and we couldn’t appreciate it more. We will be coming back and shoutout to one of the men working in the bar/restaurant (Marco) so funny and attentive and made our last few hours waiting to go to the airport more enjoyable! Grazie mille Ai Mori!

It is a beautiful building with delightful & helpful staff. We loved the location, a short walk into the main areas around Rialto and St Marks but quiet and very pretty. Cross the canal to the next one, Fondamenta Ormesini, has lots of bars and restaurants with a much more local clientele and authentic atmosphere, literally 3 minutes walk. It's also close to the Strada Nova, a great shopping street with more bars and restaurants and a great supermarket inside a traditional Venetian theatre. The bar at the hotel is very pretty and elegant, Marco makes the best bellinis, which was always the perfect end to our days exploring this wonderful city.

It’s a beautiful location, right on the water with its own private dock. You can get to and from the airport very easily via the Aliliguna for €15pp with a 5 min walk either side. Close to water taxis to head in and out of the busier town, easy to navigate. The staff are outstanding. They were so polite, accommodating and welcoming. We even had Marco the bar tender call us back after arranging room service after hours for us. A fabulous stay that I would recommend. On departure we left some luggage and the hotel stall literally run after us down the street to give it back. Honestly, fantastic.

The location was great in a quieter area of Venice but the central area of Venice is easily accessible on foot. My room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was great with a large selection for the continental breakfast on offer including cold meats and cheeses, fresh fruit and delicious cakes. Hot food was also available. The coffee machine provided excellent coffee. Tea and fresh juices were also available. The staff were really helpful and friendly providing a quick checkin service together with advice on where to eat locally and navigating the beautiful city.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was very comfortable, especially the bed. It’s traditional Venetian decor without the kitsch that sometimes brings. The breakfast was nice and the bar is pleasant to spend time in. I never felt out of place or uneasy as a woman on my own. The outside space is also very lovely. The staff were without exception friendly and helpful, even with guests throwing random languages at them with no attempt to speak Italian! The area is very quiet despite being 20 mins from San Marco.
